OSCE MISSION TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA/ SENIOR HUMAN DIMENSION OFFICER-HEAD OF THE FIELD OFFICE (GENERAL STAFF/ MONITORING FUNCTIONS, VACANCY NO: VNBAHS00528)

Requirements

     - Advanced education/certified training course in a relevant field desirable
     - Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
       management level relevant to the actual position
     - Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission

Responsabilities

     - Supervises two Heads of Field Offices (Trebinje and Livno) within his/her area of responsibility (AoR) to ensure that activities
       implemented are consistent with the Human Dimension programme
     - Provides assistance to Heads of Field Offices in developing programme plans and strategies within AoR
     - Liaises with governmental, non-governmental and international organizations active in sectors relevant to the Human Dimension
       Programme in the AoR to gather information and ensure appropriate field level co-ordination
