EDBURGH CONSULTANTS/TEAM LEADER, ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT OF AUDIT COMPANIES

Senior expert – Team Leader, organisation and management of audit companies (38 Working Days)

The Senior Expert shall be responsible for the overall management and functioning of the project, such as: the work organisation, the timely implementation of the tasks, the necessary co-ordination and contacts with the EUD Task Manager.
Senior Expert will be responsible for the drafting of expected outcome documentation and the integration of inputs of Junior Expert and will guarantee the quality of the team performance.

Education

   • Advanced university degree or Master in economics, human resources management, organisational management or equivalent, or 15
      years relevant professional experience

General Professional Experience

   • At least 10 years of experience in Auditing, out of which at least 3 years spent in a managerial position within an auditing, accounting or
     financial control company.

Specific Professional Experience

   • Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years, of experience in external audit for EU-funded grant contracts. Auditing of grants in external aid
      shall be considered an advantage.
   • Previous experience as team leader or accounting manager of EU-funded grants in external aid shall be considered an advantage.
   • Experience in pre-accession countries will be considered as an advantage.

Working language(s)

   • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
