Qualifications and skills

   - At least Master degree academic level or equivalent 4 years of professional experience above general professional experience required
     below
   - Fluency in both written and spoken English

General professional experience

   - Minimum of at least 3 years of general professional experience relevant for this project for junior experts

Specific professional experience (combined)

   - Have a proven record of at least 2 years of experience in similar projects
   - Demonstrated experience in preparation of needs assessment experience in fields of Mine Action
   - Experience in development of projects in support to Mine Action

Past teamleadership experience in similar projects is mandatory for the Team Leader.
