Position: Analysis and training needs assessment and Development of training methodology, programmes and materials

The Project for Fostering Social Inclusion and Inclusive Labour Market is announcing this vacancy for NKSE. The aim of this project is to build the institutional capacity in order to improve the design and delivery of existing social inclusion policies by strengthening the capacities and skills of relevant stakeholders and to promote multi-sectorial and inter institutional cooperation.

Candidates applications will be assessed against eliminatory and merit criteria

Eliminatory criteria:

    • A Master or University Degree in social sciences law, sociology, economics or similar (where a University Degree has been awarded on
       completion of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or equivalent;
   • At least ten (10) years extensive experience in the field of Social Inclusion, Social Services and/or Labour Market integration of
      vulnerable groups.
   • At least three (3) assignments were the service analyses and training needs assessment for stakeholders was undertaken in the area
      social inclusion.
   • Proven track record in at least three (3) projects in developing of Training methodology and/or training modules/materials for
      professionals working with vulnerable groups including people with disabilities.
   • Minimum 2 years of experience related to working integration for vulnerable groups
