CCM CONSULTING EUROPE/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AGENCY FOR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL SERVICES/SPECIALIST IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

The Senior expert should have at least Masters Degree Academic level in electronic communications, economy, law or similar.

General professional experience

  - The Senior expert should have at least 10 years of professional experience in the electronic communications field preferably working in an
    EU Member State institution (ministry or regulatory agency) in charge of the supervision of electronic communication sector.

Specific professional experience

The Senior expert should have :

    - Experience in implementation of legislation in economic regulation in EU Member Sate or in countries which were or are candidates
      and/or potential candidate countries for joining the EU. -Experience in consulting demonstrated by participation in at least one project as
      key/senior expert related to issues of compliance with EU Directives relevant to this assignment Experience in SEE countries would be an
      asset.
    - Language skills Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
