CCM CONSULTING EUROPE/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AGENCY FOR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL SERVICES/SPECIALIST IN INSPECTION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

The Senior expert should have at least Masters Degree Academic level in electronic communications, economy, law or similar.

General professional experience

   - The Senior expert should have at least 10 years of professional experience in inspection services in the electronic communications field
     preferably working in EU Member State institution (ministry or regulatory agency) in charge of supervision of the electronic
     communication sector.

Specific professional experience

   - The Senior expert should have experience in providing knowledge transfer and/or training in the economic market research services of
     the electronic communications field provided to employees of supervisory and/or regulatory bodies in EU Member Sate or in countries
     which were or are candidates and/or potential candidate countries for joining the EU. Experience in SEE countries would be an asset.
   - Language skills Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
