Contract description                                                                                        Maximum budget: EUR 250.000

The particular contract aims to provide supervisory services over the works foreseen to be carried out to improve technical and physical conditions in the selected cantonal and district courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, for greater efficiency in processing war crime cases. This would be done through provision of  adequate courtrooms and separate rooms for witnesses, including provision and installation of audio and video  equipment specific for war crime trials and witness protection.
The consultant shall provide supervisory services to ensure execution and completion of works under the  particular contract in accordance with EU procedures, on time, within the budget available and in accordance  with the provisions of the contract, design and technical specifications for execution of the respective works.

Maximum budget: 250 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
