RS-PRISTINA: IPA — EU INFORMATION AND CULTURAL CENTRE IN KOSOVO 2011/S 211-343169

Contract description                                                                                         Maximum budget: EUR 250.000

Establishment and setting up of a new EU Information and Cultural Centre in a prominent location in Prishtina/ Priština, and establishment and setting up of a visible EU information point in north Mitrovicë/Mitrovica, both locations should visually symbolise the EU presence and be accessible for all interested visitors. Production of information material to promote EU funded activities and projects, as well as various EU policies.
Organisation of cultural events that promote culture as a main vector for democracy and reconciliation, the events may also include relevant EU Members States dates and other relevant dates or occasions as deemed appropriate and suitable. The events will also focus on active inclusion of youth in their activities. Organisation of debates and public discussions with students or specific categories of professionals on EU related matters or relevant policies.

Maximum budget: 250 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
