Description of the contract:
Delivery and installation of the ICT equipment and software for improvement of the institutional capacities related to efficiency, effectiveness and transparency within the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the implementation of advanced ICT-based solutions.
Number and titles of lots:
Lot 1: hardware for DMS back-end services (upgrade to existing EMC VNX5300 disk storage system, application software).
Lot 2: hardware for DMS back-end services (servers, server rack, rack parts, Fibre Channel HBA, PC, application software).
Lot 3: hardware for DMS back-end services (switches, application software).
Lot 4: hardware for DMS back-end services (document scanners).
Lot 5: hardware for DMS back-end services (multifunction device, printers).
Lot 6: hardware for DMS back-end services (e-Session equipment, speaking microphones, voting units, central digital unit, etc., application software).
Eligibility and rules of origin:
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the IPA programme under which the contract is financed.
