Mission Specific Requirements

Mandatory:

    - University education in law or significant work experience in criminal justice and/or law enforcement
    - A minimum of three years of professional experience at a management and policy making level preferably within an international
      environment
    - Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: economics, environment, anti-corruption compliance, law, property
      reform, local government, and anti-trafficking
    - Demonstrable management experience
    - Experience with strategic planning, programme management as well as assessment skills
    - Experience in dealing with financial issues
    - Professional fluency in the English language
    - Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds,
      different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
    - Ability to operate Windows applications including word processing and email

Desirable:

    - Previous experience in field missions
    - Work experience in South-Eastern Europe
    - Knowledge of Albanian or the most common lingua franca spoken in the Mission area
