The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to ensure the acceptability and legitimacy of the EU  policies in Montenegrin society.
 
The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve knowledge and understanding of Montenegrins about the EU through a regular television programmes which would provide accurate  information on the EU  integration process.  A TV programme with national coverage needs to present objective pieces of information on integration into the EU, its benefits and challenges, as well as concrete progress Montenegro made towards the EU.  Also, it has to contribute to raising citizen’s awareness of the importance of EU external assistance in Montenegro.

Size of grants

Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

   - minimum amount: EUR 70,000
   - maximum amount: EUR 80,000

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:

   - be legal persons and
   - be the following type of economic operators:
        1. TV stations with national coverage in the territory of Montenegro;
        2. A media production company which has an agreement with a TV station with national coverage in the territory of Montenegro; and
        3. Any other type of company which has an agreement with a TV station with national coverage in the territory of Montenegro for the
            provision or creation of TV shows;
   - be registered as economic operator in Montenegro; and
   - be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
