Global objective:
The overall objective of the project is to provide statistics to the Government of Croatia and to the EU in support of the accession process. In the context of accession process it is considered as the first priority of the Croatian Statistical System to provide necessary statistical information for informed decision-making both by the Government of Croatia and EU.
Required qualifications:
- Master’s Degree Academic level (University level of education in duration of at least 4 years) or alternatively 16 years of general
professional experience in IT development absolutely required.
- Working knowledge of English absolutely required.
General professional experience:
- At least 10 years of working experience in IT development, absolutely required.
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in leading at least one project, absolutely required for at least one senior expert.
- Working experience in the BLAISE software, absolutely required for at least one senior expert.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Visual Basic, NET and advanced database development including stored procedure
development and optimization, on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 platform, absolutely required.
- Working experience in designing client/ server systems, absolutely required.
- Working experience in advanced conceptual data modeling and physical database design, absolutely required.
- Working experience in object-oriented programming and design absolutely required.
- Working experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML), absolutely required.
- Working experience in usage-centered software design absolutely required.
- Working experience in advanced database development including stored procedure development and optimization, on the Microsoft SQL
Server 2005 platform, absolutely required.
