Contract description:                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 1.500.000

The objective of the contract is:

   - to provide legal assistance and representation for refugees, IDPs and returnees  under the readmission agreements;
   - providing regular assistance through counselling, obtaining documents;
   - representation before the relevant institutions in the place of previous residence for IDPs and refugees;
   - representation before the component institutions in the Republic of Serbia;
   - distribution of printed materials to refugees, IDPs and returnees;
   - holding conferences and round tables on the subject of forced migration.

Required fields of expertise:

1. experience in legal aid support programmes (including legal and public information) in the field of refugees,  IDPs, returnees;
2. provision of concrete legal advice on property and human rights issues (included representation in courts,  familiarity with procedures to obtain relevant documentation for competent bodies) for refugees, IDPs and  returnees programmes.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 500 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
