Qualifications and skills

    - University degree in political science, public policy, public administration, law or similar areas as a minimum. Advanced degree in those
      areas is preferable

General professional experience

     - A minimum of ten years of work experience in one or more public policy areas

Specific professional experience

     - At least five years of experience from working in a centre of government (CoG)
     - Experience in providing technical assistance to governments, especially to the centre of government on at least one project in an EU
       Member State, Potential or Candidate Country
     - Experience in team coordination or project management is a must.
