HR-ZAGREB: IPA — DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE (ILA) IT SYSTEM 2012/S 120-197813

Contract description:                                                                                 Maximum budget: EUR 333.333

The purpose of this contract is to develop and install an international legal assistance (ILA) IT system that  will increase the efficiency and transparency of overall case-handling in the Sector for International Legal  Assistance within the Ministry of Justice.
Therefore, the consultant is expected to make an analysis of similar EU IT systems and, based on that
analysis, to design, develop and test an IT system that will enable efficient case tracking and advanced search  capabilities. The new IT system will also support functionalities of custom designed reports and statistical  overviews and provide the possibility to exchange data with national/international institutions in digital form.
Moreover, in the final phase of the project implementation training will be conducted for the employees for  efficient usage of the IT system.

Maximum budget: 333 333 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
