The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to ensure the legitimacy of the EU integration agenda among the citizens of Montenegro.

The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve knowledge at the local municipal level about the EU in general, and the integration process through the activities of non-governmental organisations. NGOs should enhance the understanding of the EU policies, EU assistance, the European integration process and those issues related to it. They also have to ensure an informed public debate on integration into the EU, its benefits and challenges, as well as concrete achievements Montenegro made towards the EU.  

Size of grants

Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

   - minimum amount: EUR 25,000
   - maximum amount: EUR 50,000

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:

   - be legal persons and
   - be non profit making and
   - be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary and
   - be non-governmental organisations established and registered in Montenegro.
