HTSPE/ASSISTING THE EU DELEGATION TO ALBANIA IN EVALUATING AND/OR ASSESSING APPLICATIONS AND TENDERS DURING THE YEAR 2012/SENIOR IT EXPERT WITH EXPERIENCE IN JUDICIARY SYSTEM

The project aim to assist EU Delegation to Albania to carry out evaluation and/or assessment, during the year 2012, of approximately seven (7) Tender evaluations (services, supply and works) in the framework of the IPA financial assistance to Albania.

Qualifications and skills:

Education in Informatics or Mathematics with informatics' orientation or engineering with informatics' orientation at least Masters Degree / Academic level or University degree in Informatics or Mathematics with informatics' orientation, or engineering with informatics orientation followed by at least one year of experience in Information Technology (IT) support in development of software/systems dedicated to public administration systems.

General Professional Experience:

     - At least 10 years experience gained in the sector in the domain of Information Technology (IT) of which at least 2 years in development
       of software/systems dedicated to judiciary system
     - Previous experience in Evaluation Committees
     - Participation in Service tender evaluations will be considered an advantage
