The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites local NGO’s to submit a proposal in MKD, VAT exempted for delivery of Community Outreach Programme for Introducing Agricultural Waste Management System in the Prespa Region.
Objectives
The main objective of the assignment is to developed and implement six months targeted community outreach programme in the Prespa region that will ultimately contribute to decreased human pressure on the Prespa watershed. The task shell be carried out in two phases which should be mindful of the seasonal aspects of annual waste generation cycles. While the major quantities of pesticide packaging are mainly generated in the period April – September, the waste apples are generated from December, with the peak around March – May.
The Offeror shall structure the operational and technical part of its Proposal as follows:
- NGO profile/experience
- Methodology and work plan
- Reference list of similar assignments
- Qualifications and experience of the proposed team.
Qualification and Experience
(i) Applicant’s/NGO’s requirements (mandatory):
- NGO/CSO registered in accordance with the applicable national legislature;
- Previous experiance in carrying out similar assignments. Evidence of at least 3 assignments in nature and complexity
(ii) Qualification of the proposed personnel
a. Team Leader
- University degree in marketing, communication or similar. Advanced degree shall be considered as an asset
- Professional experience: atleast 5 years of professional experience in conducting and analysing surveys, conducting promotion
campaigns, experience in statistical modelling, marketing, public relations;
- Evidence of performing at least two similar assignments as a Team Leader;
b. Communication expert
- University degree in marketing, communication or similar. . Advanced degree shall be considered as an asset at least 3 years of
professional experience in conducting and analysing surveys, conducting promotion campaigns, experience in statistical modelling,
marketing, public relations;
- Evidence of performing at least two similar assignments;
Duration
The total duration of the assignment is six months.
