VGM PARTNERS LTD/PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR NATURE AND WATER MONITORING AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS/JUNIOR IT SPECIALIST

Global objective: The global objective of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacities for conservation and monitoring of biodiversity and natural heritage and water management.

Specific objective: The specific objective of this assignment is to assist the Beneficiary institution with the preparation of tender documentation for supply of equipment for biodiversity monitoring system and equipment for information and monitoring system for water management, in line with the Practical Guide to contract procedures for EU External Actions (PRAG).

Qualifications and skills

    - At least Bachelor degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or minimum 8 years of general professional experience in
      telecommunication, information technology or other related technical field.
    - Fluency in English.

General professional experience

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of telecommunication, information technology or other related technical field.

Specific professional experience

    - Experience in development of technical specifications or technical solutions for IT equipment and information systems in at least two
      projects governed by the PRAG rules, or by the national procurement rules of the EU Member states, or by the national procurement
      rules of the Member states of the European Economic Area.
