EPRD/PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF IPA PROGRAMMES ENVIRONMENT – WATER AND WASTEWATER/WATER AND WASTEWATER EXPERT

Requirement A: Masters Degree academic level in Civil Engineering or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 7 years in addition to the 10 years mentioned below. This qualification is considered as absolutely required.

General professional experience:

Requirement B: At least 10 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Specific professional experience:

Requirement C: 5 years of experience in designing or construction or supervision of construction of infrastructure projects. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Requirement D: Experience in the implementation of at least 2 projects in the field of wastewater collection and at least 1 project in the field of wastewater treatment. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Requirement E: Experience in preparation, assessment or implementation of works contracts related to water supply or waste water collection or treatment in accordance with FIDIC and EU procedures, especially Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EU external action (PRAG). This experience will be considered as an advantage.
