EPRD/PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF IPA PROGRAMMES ENVIRONMENT – WATER AND WASTEWATER/MECHANICAL AND/OR OPERATION ENGINEER

Qualifications and skills:

Requirement A: Masters Degree academic level in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 10 years in addition to the 6 years mentioned below. This qualification is considered as absolutely required.

General professional experience:

Requirement B: At least 10 years of professional experience in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Specific professional experience:

Requirement C: 5 years of experience in either designing or construction or operation of wastewater infrastructure and in purchasing or operation of related maintenance equipment. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Requirement D: At least 3 years of professional experience in managing maintenance or operation of mechanical equipment related to water treatment. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Requirement E: Experience in the preparation or review of works tenders integrated in PRAG procedures and FIDIC contract conditions and Technical Specifications for supplies integrated in PRAG procedures. This experience will be considered as an advantage.
