EPRD/PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF IPA PROGRAMMES ENVIRONMENT – WATER AND WASTEWATER/ECONOMIST

Qualifications and skills:

Requirement A: Masters Degree Academic level in economics, business economics, finance or applied economics, or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 6 in addition to the 10 years mentioned below. This qualification is considered as absolutely required.

General professional experience:

Requirement B: At least 10 years of professional experience in economics or business economics or finance or applied economics. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Specific professional experience:

Requirement C: Experience in either review or preparation of the economic parts of at least 3 feasibility studies and 3 cost-benefit analysis for infrastructure projects. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Requirement D: Experience related to the implementation of EU External Aid programs and projects. This experience will be considered as an advantage.

Requirement E: Experience in appraisal of project applications for EU funding.
This experience will be considered as an advantage.
