HUMAN DYNAMICS/DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN CROATIA/KEY EXPERT 1 - TEAM LEADER

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

    - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies in Information Science (or a related field i.e. Computer Science,
      Information Engineering) of at least three years' duration attested by a diploma
    - Fluency in written and spoken English language
    - Knowledge of Croatian language would be an asset

General professional experience:

   - At least 3 years of work experience as a professor on higher education institution in field of Information Science (or a related field i.e.
     Computer Science, Information Engineering)
   - At least 2 years of experience at a senior position (i.e. team leader) in management of international projects

Specific professional experience:

   - Experience in providing training on the implementation of the Bologna reform (e.g. training on implementation of the ECTS, quality
     assurance in HE, curricular reform)
   - Experience in implementation of information systems in higher education and/or science
   - Experience in working with the Croatian higher education system after 2005 would be an asset

Duration: 18 months
