HUMAN DYNAMICS/DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN CROATIA/KEY EXPERT 3 - INFORMATION SYSTEM ARCHITECT

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

    - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies in Information  Science or Computer Science of at least three
      years' duration attested by a diploma
    - Fluency in written and spoken English language
    - Knowledge of Croatian language would be an asset

General professional experience:

   - At least 5 years of experience in modeling business processes
   - At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing complex information systems (applied in different areas, connecting databases
     of various formats and structures, complex reports produced from the data warehouse in which data are categorized, processed and
     re-structured with a common coding system)
   - Experience at a senior position (i.e. team leader) in management of international projects would be an asset

Specific professional experience:

   - Experience in working with at least one of the three following operating systems – Linux, Solaris, Microsoft Windows Server; and at least
     one of the three following database management systems - MySQL, IBM Informix, MS SQL Server
   - At least 1 year of experience in designing information systems in higher education and/or science
   - Experience in integrating different information systems
   - Experience in using UML would be an asset

Duration: 18 months
