HTSPE/ASSISTING THE EU DELEGATION TO ALBANIA IN EVALUATING AND/OR ASSESSING APPLICATIONS AND TENDERS DURING THE YEAR 2012/SENIOR EXPERT IN CHEMISTRY/LABORATORIES

The project aim to assist EU Delegation to Albania to carry out evaluation and/or assessment, during the year 2012, of approximately seven (7) Tender evaluations (services, supply and works) in the framework of the IPA financial assistance to Albania.

Qualifications and skills:

Education in chemistry at least Masters Degree / Academic level or - University degree in chemistry followed by at least one year of experience in the laboratory analysis

General Professional Experience:

     - At least 10 years experience gained in one of the sectors/sub-sectors 1) to 12) in the domain of customs laboratory analysis, chemistry,
       university laboratories
     - Previous experience in Evaluation Committees
     - Participation in Supply tender evaluations will be considered an advantage
