Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

    - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma in ICT, or equivalent
      general professional experience of 12 years
    - Working knowledge of  English

General professional experience:

    - 8 years of professional working experience in ICT systems and ICT system design

Specific professional experience:

    - Working experience in the past 5 years in preparation of Technical Specifications for supply of ICT equipment according to Practical
      Guide to Contract procedures for EU external actions
    - Working experience in preparation of Market Analysis for ICT equipment

Advantage

    - 1 year of working experience in e-business and development of SME competitiveness
