Duration of the assignment: min 400 work days over 24 months

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

    - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in economics, public finance, accounting or other relevant discipline or 7 years of relevant professional experience (in
      addition to the minimum number of years of general professional experience required below). A Master or PhD in those fields or other
      discipline relevant to this position (following the award of the degree) will be an advantage
    - Excellent command of written and spoken English

General professional experience:

    - At least 10 and up to 20 years2 of professional experience in the field of economics, public finance or accounting

Specific professional experience:

   - Experience as Team Leader in at least two EU funded technical assistance (services) projects in the area of public financial management
     reform;
   - At least 5 and up to 10 years of specific experience in PIFC gained in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
   - At least 3 and up to 6 years of specific experience in Budget execution and reporting – Treasury operations
