GDSI LTD/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE BIOSCIENCES TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALISATION AND INCUBATION CENTRE (BIOCENTRE)/KEY EXPERT 3: HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERT

GDSI is short-listed for the EU funded project in Croatia "Technical Assistance for the Biosciences Technology Commercialisation and Incubation Centre (BIOCentre)"

The project is to start in October 2012 for the duration of 24 months. They are looking for the local expert with the following profile:

Key Expert 3: Human resources expert

A minimum input of at least 60 working days is required, out of which 100% of working days should be spent in Croatia.

Qualifications and skills

   - A level of education corresponding to completed university studies of at least three years’ duration attested by a diploma, or equivalent
     general professional experience of 15 years in the field of human resources management
   - Working knowledge of  English language
   - Computer literacy

General professional experience

   - 10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources management

Specific professional experience

   - 3 years of working experience related to the human resources management for technology centres or business parks or commercial
     laboratories
   - Work experience during the last 5 years related to the preparation and implementation of Human Resources Management Strategy for
     technology centres, business parks or commercial laboratories
