ME-PODGORICA: IPA — SUPPORT TO PREPARATION OF PROJECTS FOR IPA COMPONENT III 2012/S 130-214712

Contract description:                                                                                 Maximum budget: EUR 2.300.000

The purpose of this contract is to further strengthen the capacities of the Montenegrin administration to programme and implement EU funds available through the IPA III component. The following tasks will be  covered throughout implementation of this contract:

   1. support to the operating structure of IPA III (OS IPA III) to prepare the operational programme 2014–2020 (or  successor programme
       after 2013) and improve the project identification and preparation capabilities of IPA III  OS staff;
   2. develop an environmental information system to monitor, process and disseminate environmental data;
   3. prepare full feasibility studies, costings and main project documentation for the rehabilitation of 12 slopes on  the Vrbinca–Bar railway;
   4. carry out SME cluster diagnostics/needs assessment, institutional building support, project documentation  preparation to implement the
       'Strategy for sustainable economic growth through business clusters 2012– 2016'.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 2 300 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
