Background:
The purpose of the engagement of Consultant for Development of Finance and Procurement Software System on IC contract is to: Increase the capacity of sub-recipient (SR) in terms of quality of reports and enhance the level of monitoring of principal recipient (PR); and reduce the risk of incorrect reporting and better control of assets, health products, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- University degree in computer engineering or computer science
Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in functional IS design;
• Experience in providing trainings and knowledge sharing in specific area;
• Familiarity with local financial systems, both FBiH and RS as well as with IPSAS / International Public Sector Accounting Standards;
• Ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of specific finance terminology;
• References and publications on topics relevant for consultant's tasks would be considered as an additional asset;
• Previous experience in HIV/AIDS segments and document reviews;
• Previous experience working in BiH and knowledge of national health system structure.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as languages of the duty stations.
