The project aim to assist EU Delegation to Albania to carry out evaluation and/or assessment, during the year 2012, of approximately seven (7) Tender evaluations (services, supply and works) in the framework of the IPA financial assistance to Albania.

Qualifications and skills:

Education in architecture or engineering at least Masters Degree / Academic level or University degree in architecture or engineering followed by at least one year of experience in the building sector.

General Professional Experience

     - At least 3 years (Junior) or 10 years (Senior) experience gained in one of the sectors/sub-sectors 1) to 12) in the domain of building sector
     - Previous experience in Evaluation Committees
     - Participation in Works tender evaluations will be considered an advantage
