Objectives: Max. Grant Amount: EUR 100.000
The overall objective of this Call for Proposals is to support the development of human resources in BiH through education and training of adults in the context of lifelong learning in order to impact the availability of the skills for labour market in BiH and to potentially reduce unemployment.
The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are to:
1. Strengthen links between sectors of education, labour and economy through improved employability of labour force enabled by
education and training of adults in line with the requirements of the labour market
2. Support the development of adult education and training system in BiH in the context of lifelong learning
3. Strengthening of human capacities in sectors of education, labour, employment and employers in: strategic planning, development of
standards for adult education, training provision, certification of adults, monitoring and evaluation of adult education in BiH and,
adequate identification of training needs- training needs assessment (TNA)
Size of grants
Any grant awarded under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts.
Minimum > € 60 000
Maximum < € 100 000
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
- be legal persons and
- be non for profit and
- be organisations like: educational institutions such as schools or school networks, higher education institutions and other educational and
research institutions, chambers of commerce, employers’ associations, branch associations, pedagogical institutes , institutes for
education, education agencies, economic development agencies, labour and employment agencies, non-governmental organisations, inter
governmental international organisation
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or a country that is a beneficiary of the Council Regulation (EC) N° 1085/2006,
of 17 July 2006, establishing an Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) (Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo under UNSCR 1244), a country that is a beneficiary of the European Neighbourhood and
Partnership Instrument (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco,
Palestinian Authority of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Russian Federation, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine), or a Member State of the
European Economic Area (Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway) and
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary
