RS-PRISTINA: VEHICLE INSURANCE SERVICES NO 3 2012/S 138-229318

Contract description:                                                                                 Maximum budget: EUR 1.150.000

The purpose of this framework contract is provision of a cost-effective third part liability and comprehensive  insurance coverage for EULEX Kosovo's entire fleet of vehicles within Kosovo, and international third party  liability as well as international comprehensive insurance coverage for part of the abovementioned fleet.

Maximum budget: 1 150 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation in tendering is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping
(consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union, in an official  candidate country or a country that is a beneficiary of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, in a Member  State of the European Economic Area, a country of the western Balkans region or a contributing third State, as  authorised by Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 4.2.2008 on EULEX Kosovo.
