The KE2 will provide an input of 440 working days.

Qualifications and skills

    · A Bachelors Degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in Management, Economics, or other relevant discipline or 7 years of relevant professional experience (in addition to the
      years recognized with general experience);
    · A Master/Phd in Management, Economics, or other relevant discipline (following the award of the
      degree) is an advantage;
    · Excellent command of written and spoken English.

General professional experience

   · At least 8 years and up to 16 years of relevant professional experience.

Specific professional experience

   · Experience in at least two EU funded regional development or CBC projects in support to public institutions;
   · Experience in at least one project involving training, capacity building and awareness raising actions;
   · Previous experience in at least one donor funded project in Western Balkans.
