SOGES S.P.A./EUROPEAID/132391/C/SER/XK/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION PROGRAMME/KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER – CROSS BORDER COOPERATION EXPERT

The Team Leader will provide an input of 400 working days.

Qualifications and skills

    · A Bachelor degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in Management, Economics, or other relevant discipline or 7 years of relevant professional experience (in addition to the
      years required as general professional experience);
    · A Master/PhD in Management, Economics or other relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage;
    · Excellent command of written and spoken English.

General professional experience

   · At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Specific professional experience

   · Experience as Team Leader in at least three previous projects, amounting to at least 1M€ each;
   · Experience in at least one project providing assistance to national authorities and joint management structures in the implementation of
     EU funded CBC programmes and Call for proposals;
   · Previous experience in at least one donor funded project in Kosovo or Western Balkans.
