Description:
The scope of the school, which takes place in Dubrovnik, Croatia from September 2 to 7, 2012, is the education of young researchers in the synthesis, characterization and manipulation of nanomaterials and nanostructures, to encourage the exchange of ideas and collaboration among nanoscience and nanotechnology, and to define future objectives. All aspects of synthesis and characterizations, as well as computational and theoretical approaches to the investigation of the structure, dynamics and properties of nanomaterials will be discussed during the session.
The school will bring together the most relevant international experts, who will present their latest research and advances in the fields of synthesis and characterization in nanoscience. Besides the formal program, the school provides young researchers and students with a unique opportunity to interact with world recognized experts during social and informal activities in order to encourage the exchange of ideas and collaboration among nanoscience and nanotechnology research groups and to define future objectives. Through poster presentations, the young scientists will also have an opportunity to get to know each other, share their knowledge and exchange ideas concerning their research projects.
Fee
The registration fee for participants is €600, which covers admission to the lectures, accommodation in double room from September 2 to 7, all lunches, an excursion and a gala banquet.
The registration fee for accompanied persons is 430€, which covers accommodation in double room from September 2 to 7, all lunches, coffee breaks, excursion and banquet.
Fees paid after July 1st will be increased by 10 percent!
