Pool of Senior Experts (minimum of 400 working days)

   - Bachelors degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in the relevant fields or 7 years of relevant professional experience;
   - At least 10 years and up to 20 years of general professional experience;
   - At least 5 to 10 years of specific experience in related areas relevant to their assignment;
   - Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Pool of Junior Experts (minimum of 120 working days)

   - Bachelors degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in the relevant fields or 7 years of relevant professional experience;
   - At least 5 years and up to10 years of general professional experience;
   - At least 4 to 8 years of specific experience in related areas relevant to their assignment;
   - Fluency in both, written and spoken English
