EPRD/CAPACITY BUILDING OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS TO ENGAGE IN A POLICY DIALOGUE WITH CIVIL SOCIETY IN BIH/KE4: BUDGET POLICY SPECIALIST

Job description:

Major part of the activities will be dedicated to strengthening the institutional mechanisms for cooperation with civil society within the governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its entities and Brčko District.

Key expert 4: Budget policy Specialist (150 working days)

Qualifications and skills:

  - University degree in economy or minimum 4 years of professional experience above the general experience required below.

General professional experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of professional working experience.

Specific professional experience:

   - Minimum 3 year experience in budget development of public institutions.
   - Experience in working in IPA countries (Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo
     (under UNSCR 1244)) will be considered an advantage.
