EPRD/CAPACITY BUILDING OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS TO ENGAGE IN A POLICY DIALOGUE WITH CIVIL SOCIETY IN BIH/KE3: POLICY ANALYST SPECIALIST

Job description:

Major part of the activities will be dedicated to strengthening the institutional mechanisms for cooperation with civil society within the governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its entities and Brčko District.

Qualifications:

Key expert 3: Policy Analyst Specialist (200 working days)

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in social science or minimum 4 years of professional experience above the general experience required below.

General professional experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of professional working experience.

Specific professional experience:

   - Minimum 3 year experience in policy development of institutions of national governments, independent research and policy analysis
     institutions, capacity building consultancy or universities.
   - Experience in working in IPA countries (Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo
     (under UNSCR 1244)) will be considered an advantage.
