EPRD/CAPACITY BUILDING OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS TO ENGAGE IN A POLICY DIALOGUE WITH CIVIL SOCIETY IN BIH/KE1: TEAM LEADER / CAPACITY BUILDING SPECIALIST

Job description:

Major part of the activities will be dedicated to strengthening the institutional mechanisms for cooperation with civil society within the governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its entities and Brčko District.

Qualifications:

Key expert 1: Team Leader- Capacity building specialist (300 working days)

Qualifications and skills:

    - University Degree in Management or Social Science or equivalent professional experience of minimum 4 years above the general
      professional experience

General professional experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of general professional experience

Specific professional experience:

    - Minimum 3 years of specific professional experience in capacity building of governments’ institutions in areas related to this contract
      (public administration reform or human resource development) or capacity building of civil society
    - Experience in working in IPA countries (Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
      Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo) will be considered an advantage
