Support the efforts of Kosovo authorities to enforce the rule of law by strengthening the judiciary, promoting integrity of institutions, fighting various forms of crime and aligning with and implementing the EU acquis.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills

   - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or 15 years of relevant professional experience. A Master/PhD in Civil Engineering or
     Architecture (following the award of the degree) will be an advantage.
   - Excellent command of written and spoken English.

General professional experience

   - At least 10 years and up to 20 years of professional experience in the field related to the lot.

Specific professional experience

   - Experience as Team Leader in at least 2 and up to 4 projects supervising buildings of similar size and complexity and using PRAG or
     FIDIC contract procedures.
   - At least 5 and up to 8 years of experience in supervision of building works.
