Qualifications and skills

    - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in political science, public administration or similar areas. A Master in a similar area is an advantage.

General professional experience

    - Preferably 8 years, ideally 12 years of working experience in management, organisation, or reform in or with public administration.

Specific professional experience

    - Minimum 5 years preferably 10 years experience in policy and strategy formulation, including impact assessment and budgeting gained in
      EU Member States, candidate or potential candidate countries
    - Minimum 5 years, preferably 10 years experience in developing procedures and methodologies for planning, monitoring and coordination
      of Government's and Ministries' policies.
