Background:
Project name: Strengthening capacities of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to efficiently address the priorities of Foreign policy of Montenegro (Project ID 00074208).
Montenegro has successfully achieved very demanding tasks related to European Integration. Montenegro submitted application for EU membership in December 2009 and received the Candidate status for EU membership in December 2010. The negotiation of Montenegro on Accession Treaty with EU started on 29th of June 2012 with two chapters of EU acquis committed to Judiciary and Fundamental rights (23) and Justice, Freedom and Security (24).
General Directorate for European Integration provides leadership and coordination of the accession negotiation of Montenegro to the EU. This is primarily related to the coordination of work of 35 negotiation groups which should be very soon established; regular monitoring of the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), as well as coordination and monitoring of work of joint bodies established by SAA. The General Directorate for EI is coordinating the development and implementation of strategic documents related to the process of European integration and cooperation of state bodies with the EU institutions, EU Member States, candidate countries and potential candidates in the EU accession process. The General Directorate for EI is responsible for analyzing and coordinating harmonization of the legal system of Montenegro with the EU legal system, monitoring progress in meeting the political and economic criteria for membership by chapters of the EU acquis. The General Directorate for EI is performing activities related to the preparation and implementation of communication strategy for informing the public about various aspects of European integration and the process of Montenegro's accession to the EU. Also, task of the Directorate is to coordinate the translation of EU legislation with some of the official languages of the Union on the Montenegrin language, and support the development of the national version of the EU acquis.

Qualifications and expertise:
International expert should have following qualifications and expertise:
• University degree in Organizational management, business administration or any other relevant field;
• Minimum of ten (5) years work experience in the area of corporate trainings and facilitation with the emphasis on improving team
effectiveness and team building;
• History of performance excellence in corporate trainings and facilitation with the emphasis on team effectiveness and team building;
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills; Excellent Delivery Skills;
• Excellent communication skills, facility in working with teams and capacity to compose clear and readable narrative reports;
• Modern approach to delivery of policy advice and work with civil servants, and governmental officials;
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Required knowledge of Montenegrin language.
