HUMAN DYNAMICS/STRENGTHENING THE INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY OF THE COMMISSION FOR PROTECTION OF COMPETITION (CPC) IN REPUBLIC OF SERBIA/KEY EXPERT 2 – SENIOR ECONOMIST

Qualifications and skills:

     - University degree in. economics, statistics, finance or equivalent or at least 15 years of professional experience in competition policy
       formulation and implementation
     - Excellent knowledge of English language
     - Excellent training and report writing skills

General professional experience:

     - Proven minimum 10 years experience in designing and carrying out statistical and economic/econometric analysis

Specific professional experience:

     - Proven minimum 7 years of experience in applied economics in the field of competition and market structures
     - Experience in economic/econometric analysis of mergers, cartels, etc.
     - Experience as trainer/ capacity building expert in statistical and econometric analysis of market structures
     - Experience in competition related cases and investigations
