Contract description Maximum budget: EUR 400.000
The purpose of this contract is analysis and redesign of the existing processes and design of the new business processes and work flows, as well as production of strategic plan and new organisational proposal for the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.
Business process analysis, redesign and design are important for evaluation of the current status of the Croatian Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (the beneficiary), the possibility of its service-and business-related improvements, and its alignment with strategic goals. The beneficiary is an institution with national mandate for evaluation of medicinal and homeopathic products and medical devices.
In the focus of this contract are business process analysis (stating 'as is' situation) and business processes(re)design (improvement and design stating 'should be' situation and using different criteria depending on the process goals). Contract activities include analysis and design of core and support business processes related to registration, renewal and variation of medicinal and homeopathic products; defining work flows for stated processes; analysis and redesign of all core, support and executive business processes and design of new processes with testing of prototypes; defining all work flows; preparation of new organisational proposal;preparation of strategic plan; workload analysis.
Budget
Maximum budget: 400.000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
