Contract description Maximum budget: EUR 3.300.000
Railway line M601 Vinkovci–Vukovar is a non-electrified single track railway line, 18,712 km in length. It connects the railway line of pan-European transport corridor X and pan-European transport corridor VII(waterway on Danube river) on Croatian territory.
The purpose of the contract is preparation of design and other project documents for upgrade and electrification of this railway line. The consultant shall provide preliminary design, feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis and financial and economic analysis, EIA study, main design, draft project application and tender dossiers for works and works supervision in accordance with the requirements of the EU and national legislation in order to propose the project for EU co-financing.

Maximum budget: 3.300.000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
