HUMAN DYNAMICS/STRENGTHENING THE INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY OF THE COMMISSION FOR PROTECTION OF COMPETITION (CPC) IN REPUBLIC OF SERBIA/KEY EXPERT 3 –SENIOR LEGAL EXPERT

Qualifications and skills:

     - University degree in law
     - In-depth knowledge of the EU Acquis and EU case law in the area of competition
     - Excellent knowledge of English language
     - Excellent training and report writing skills

General professional experience:

     - Proven minimum 10 years of experience in competition related cases and investigations

Specific professional experience:

     - Proven minimum 7 years of experience in capacity building activities including training and on-the-job advice in the field of competition
     policy enforcement preferably in an EU Member State, EU candidate or potential candidate country
     - Experience in design of competition laws and legal analysis of competition legislation
