UNDP MACEDONIA/ PROCUREMENT OF SMALL BOAT AND AN OUTBOARD ENGINE (RFQ 30/2012)

Background:

UNDP Project: “Restoration of the Prespa Lake Ecosystem”

UNDP would hereby like to invite interested companies to submit quotations in MKD (VAT exempted) in a sealed envelope , not later than August 28 by 12:00 a.m. at the address of UNDP, as per the technical specification presented below. The financial offer should include the cost of the equipment and transport to the required destination.

Evaluation method: lowest quotation among technically qualified; partial bids (separate for the boat and the engine) are accepted. The status of the tender from ongoing to closed will be indicated at the web site and only the successful bidder will be officially notified.

Technical  specification:

1. Lot 1: Small boat (main features)    

  • Made from aluminum
  • Length: 5 - 6 m    
  • Number of seats: 7 ( pilot’s + 6 additional seats)    
  • One pair of pedals    
  • Anchor 8-12 kg    

2. Lot 2: Outboard engine     

  • 10 HP long shaft 4 stroke outboard engine with manual start    

Terms of delivery: Maximum 45 days upon signing of contract
