AL-TIRANA: IPA — DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPUTERISED CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE GENERAL PROSECUTOR OFFICE IN ALBANIA 2012/S 145-241187

Contract description                                                                                      Maximum budget: 1.500.000 EUR.

Design, development and testing of a software solution providing a comprehensive set of case management functionalities for Albanian prosecutors, followed by deployment of the software developed on the hardware supplied through the contract EuropeAid/131494/C/SER/AL, followed by delivery of training and provision of maintenance services.
It is expected that the solution will be based on a commercial off-the-shelf content management software application augmented with custom developed software for reaching all the functions required. Moreover, it is expected that a single, unified storage space will be implemented for all types of data, on a commercially available relational database management system.

Maximum budget: 1.500.000 EUR.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
