Qualifications and Skills:

     - A Master or University Degree in social sciences, law, sociology, economics (where a University Degree has been awarded on completion
       of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or general professional experience of five years above the
       minimum general professional experience requested below

General Professional Experience:

     - Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience in social inclusion of disadvantaged women

Specific Professional Experience:

Proven track record of at least two projects in at least one area:

     - development and implementation of programme/measures in the field of inclusion of disadvantaged women in the labour market
     - preparation and implementation of training programmes in inclusion of disadvantaged women in the labour market
